For more than three decades, I’ve worked hand in hand with executive leaders, hiring managers, and candidates of diverse backgrounds to create harmonious matches in the workplace. I have countless nuggets of wisdom to share, especially when it comes to the nuances hiring managers and companies are actually looking for.

As for me, a year after graduating from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, I launched my career in Public Relations and headed to the creative world of advertising a few years later. I worked for global companies that put PR and advertising on the map with account rosters monopolizing consumer brands considered household names. I then decided to promote what I really love — people. Using the strategies I’ve mastered to connect people to the right places is an honor and a thrill that never gets old, even after 35 years.
